Suriana Ismail is a Senior Lecturer in the Software Engineering Section at Universiti Kuala Lumpur Malaysian Institute of Information Technology (UniKL MIIT). She received M.Sc. degree in Information Technology from Universiti Utara Malaysia, Malaysia, in 2007. She graduated from University of Rhode Island, USA with Bachelor of Sc. in Management Science and Information(1997). She has published a number of papers in conferences and journals.
Research Areas
Research interests include community detection, heuristic search, data clustering, and evolutionary computation.
